Save the date: North Ayrshire Mental Health Arts Festival launch event

The Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival will take place from Thursday 10 October to Sunday 27 October, with a theme this year of ‘In/Visible’.

The festival, which was established in 2007 by the Mental Health Foundation, is one of the world’s leading arts events dedicated to mental health. The annual programme features hundreds of events across a variety of artforms, including theatre, film, music, visual arts, writing and dance.

There will be a wide range of fantastic events taking place in North Ayrshire throughout the whole of October that anyone can take part in, including a fantastic launch event at the Harbour Arts Centre in Irvine from 6.00pm to 8.00pm Wednesday 9 October. Why not come along, take part in some taster sessions and enjoy some live performers, guest speakers, art demonstrations and refreshments?
