Partnership Board
The Community Justice Ayrshire Partnership Board oversees the planning and delivery of community justice and will ensure accountability for the work of the partnership.
There is no legislative requirement to include Elected Members in local community justice arrangements. However, the three Ayrshire Community Planning Partnerships agreed that the Community Justice Ayrshire Partnership should include Elected Members from each of the three local authorities, as well as officer representation.
The Community Justice Ayrshire Partnership Board is currently Chaired by an Elected Member, and the Vice Chair is the Area Commander / Local Senior Officer for Ayrshire, Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.
The Community Justice Ayrshire Partnership Board will meet at least 3 times per year.
