Following approval from the Community Justice Ayrshire Board we have now published the Community Justice Outcomes Improvement Plan for 2018/21. The plan aims to build on the work already undertaken in our first year, and it is once again based around the ethos of Beginnings, Belonging, Belief. After receiving comments from partners it was decided to move from one year plan to a three year plan to allow for more time for the work to develop.
The plan has nine key areas of focus:

- Families
- Victims and Witnesses
- Inclusion/Equality
- Hearing Service Users Voices
- ACESs and Trauma
- Strength in Recovery
- Restorative Justice
