Community Justice Ayrshire were fortunate to have Sergeant Graeme Smith seconded to support our team for 6 months. We are extremely grateful to our colleagues at Police Scotland, and especially Chief Superintendent Paul Main from Ayrshire Division for facilitating this.
During his time with us Graeme collected his thoughts and learning and he has very kindly put these into a blog, which is now available to view on our website here.
It is pleasing to read about how Graeme has learned much that he can take back with him to operational policing, and I know that we also learned from his experience when he was with us.
