CSE Aware, alongside Encompass, is developing a safety toolkit for women who sell or exchange sex. It will support practitioners to have conversations about women’s safety and take a more consistent approach to assessing risk across services.
As part of this work, we’re developing a safety risk questionnaire and are looking for a small group of workers to take part in a feedback workshop. We‘d love to hear from frontline staff – your experience will help ensure the questionnaire is useful in everyday practice.
The questionnaire aims to:
- improve awareness of the risks and harms experienced by women who sell or exchange sex
- support conversations about safety
- promote a more standardised approach to risk assessment.
By taking part, you’ll:
- explore how different services respond to women’s safety needs
- help shape a resource for practitioners across different sectors
- hear about relevant resources and training opportunities.

If you secure the space but need to cancel, please let us know at least 72 hours before the workshop so we can offer your place to someone else. Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice, or non-attendance without notice, will incur a £30 fee, except in emergency circumstances.
