Reconnect Scotland are delighted to launch our new support group, led by our passionate volunteers who want to create a welcoming space where people can come together, feel listened to and support one another.
Whether you are feeling lonely, going through a difficult time, rebuilding your life after prison, facing challenges with addiction or simply looking for some company and connection, you are welcome here.
Our hope is to build a group where people can share as much or as little as they feel comfortable with, encourage each other, grow in confidence and take positive steps forward, at their own pace.
There will be time to chat, lunch together, activities and opportunities to explore new interests and skills. We also want everyone who comes along to help shape the group, sharing ideas about what they would enjoy and what support would make a difference to them.
Our volunteers are putting their hearts into this, and we are proud to support them as they bring people together.
Launching Friday 30 October
Every Monday and Friday from 12 noon
Lunch provided at each session

Jack: jack@reconnectscotland.org
Dean: dean@reconnectscotland.org
We understand that taking the first step can feel difficult. You donโt need to have everything figured out, reach out, ask a question or pop in, and weโll take it from there together.
Everyone welcome. Letโs connect, support each other and build brighter futures.
Please share to help us reach someone who might benefit.
