Community Justice Scotland have now published the fifth summary of local authority annual reports on community payback orders (CPOs) covering the period 2021-22.
The report provides an overview of activity completed by people in local areas subject to a CPO and is based on local authority annual reports on the operation of CPOs within their area during the reporting year. Unlike previous reports, a wider focus is placed this year on the broader aspects of CPO delivery including issues faced by local authority areas when delivering such an important service to individuals.
