Our first video from the event is Ben Thurman, Policy and Development Officer with the Carnegie UK Trust. Ben helps to set the scene for the day and provides information on how the Carnegie Trust has been working with North Ayrshire Council to promote ‘the value of kindness’. He encourages people to look at how they can embed kindness throughout their organisation, policy and procedures; consider what the impact of this could be and what the barriers to this might be.
