As you will be aware the Community Justice Ayrshire Partnership has been undergoing a period of reflection and change over the past year. Work has been undertaken to review the partnership and a new structure is now being implemented across Ayrshire. This will enable partners in each local authority area to better understand the legislative requirements of the Community Justice (Scotland) Act 2016 and where their role fits in working towards the achievement of community justice outcomes.
To further embed these changes and raise awareness of the importance of community justice across Ayrshire, a conference has been arranged and will be held on Wednesday 23 November 2022 at the Park Hotel, Kilmarnock. This is a pan-Ayrshire event which aims to bring together senior leaders and practitioners across organisations and services, to build on existing success and celebrate the new changes and reinvigoration of the Community Justice Ayrshire Partnership.
Planning of the conference is in the early stages, and at this time we would ask that you hold the date in your diary. We will communicate further information, including the final programme and booking arrangements in due course.
