Description
Over the course of 2022/23 East Ayrshire Alcohol and Drug Partnership ADP has been working alongside partners from across children’s services to seek opportunities to develop and implement a Whole Family Approach and Family Inclusive Practice system to ensure our families get the best possible help and support.
This half-day event will seek to ensure that all the work we do with families is compliant with the intentions set out within our local ‘HEART Model’ and national commitments within ‘The Promise’ and will consider actions to meet our commitment set out in our new guidance ‘Whole Family Wellbeing.’ Children’s and adult services practitioners and all with an invested interested in improving outcomes for those we serve are invited to attend our conversation event to develop the way forward for services to work together for families.
Aims
- Understand the HEART model and ‘The Promise’
- Develop models of joint working practices
- Consider implications for family inclusive practice working
