Event Details
East Ayrshire’s Stigma Roadshow will take place in Kilmarnock on Saturday 25 March 2023 between 1.00pm and 3.00pm.
The aim is to ensure as many people as possible can attend as well the events being easy to access.
The roadshow is open to all with the hope of breaking down barriers and to challenge stigma in our communities. The event will be family orientated and allow people to talk about stigma.
Health checks will be available on the day, a bouncy castle as well as other children’s activities will be available, there will be an opportunity to take part in a boxing session, and the Youth Work Team will be providing activities for young people.
Recovery Hubs and services will be available in each of the locations to offer advice and support as well as showcasing positivity and hope for recovery, including sharing artwork and creative sides.
