East Ayrshire International Overdose Awareness Event
Event Details
The event will begin at 2.30 pm outside RADAR (North West Area Centre) where an approximately 1km walk to Howard Park will commence, stopping at local alcohol and drug services to raise awareness of supports available to the community as well as indicating access points for Naloxone
The walk will finish around 3.30pm in Howard Park to continue the events activities and receive refreshments. The overall finish time is 5.30pm (if not walking the route please congregate at Howard Park for around 3.30 pm).
The main walk will be in Kilmarnock but other areas of East Ayrshire will be taking part in International Overdose Awareness Day 2022 #EastAyrshire #KnowYourRoute. With the #KnowYourRoute hashtag indicating this, more information can be found on the Eventbrite page below
