Diversion from Prosecution forum

CYCJ Scotland will host the next Diversion Forum in March.

This forum will look at the recently published joint inspection of diversion, with guest speakers Laura Paton from HM Inspectorate of Prosecution and James Black from the Care Inspectorate. They will summarise the findings of the inspection and answer and questions attendees may have about where diversion goes next.
