Midlothian Community Justice Partnership have published their consultation ‘The voices of those who have harmed’, a qualitative study where they interviewed 44 adult males convicted of a sexual offence(s) in custody.
The study aims to provide a contribution to knowledge in understanding motivational factors from the perspective of an individual that has caused the harm talking part in RJ, forming a comparative study to ‘Survivors Voices’ (2021).
This work was recognised at the SSSC awards last year winning the excellence in justice services for its innovation and has been 8 months in the making!
