The Scottish Government is proud to publish the Restorative Justice – Policy and Practice Framework, the publication of this living document reflects the dedication and expertise of many individuals and organisations from the RJ Stakeholder Group and beyond who have shaped its content and direction over its initial, long gestation period. As the delivery of RJ develops in Scotland, we expect the policy and practice framework to mature with it.
Alongside this, the Restorative Justice (RJ) Test Case 2024/25 – Summary Report has also been published today. The Children & Young People’s Centre for Justice (CYCJ), Community Justice Scotland (CJS) are pleased to launch this report, which presents the summary findings from the Test Case project.
